It was very easy and fast to get my app translated by ICanLocalize.
Just upload the "Localizable.strings" file and later download the translated versions of this file.
And when there is an update of the app with some new or modified strings, just upload the new file again and the system automatically detects new and updated strings. The same translators that did the initial translation are notified and translate the new and modified strings within a few days.
